Mark was Neil and Jackie's first born at Travel Masters and he started with the company as a travel agent. As the company grew, Mark found an additional role within Travel Masters. His interest in computers coupled with a strong background in Sabre made Mark the perfect candidate for his current role as the Technology Genius. While Mark still services his travel clients, he also keeps our systems in tip top shape by maintaining our technology network, providing technical support and also helping agents with Sabre issues and much more.

So Mark, are you a Mac or a PC?
I've got to say, I'm a PC. I just like them better... I learned all of my technical skills and know-how on a PC, so they just feel more natural to me.
Pick one: Tech or Travel?
I'd definitely pick travel. I started out as a travel agent and I still continue to service my clients. I've had jobs in other industries but I keep coming back to travel because it is where my heart's at and it must be where I belong. I'm able to provide my clients with experiences, and at times, I feel like I'm helping fulfill a dream.
And what about your own dreams?
Well, I've fulfilled a number of my own goals. I've lived in France, I've volunteered for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, I've travelled to many different places around the world and I've got a Safari trip to look forward to in 2012!
