James Shearer appointed VP Business Development
Travel Masters continues to grow as it welcomes James Shearer to the national franchise’s support team.
Travel Masters has announced James Shearer’s appointment as Vice President Business Development. Shearer is responsible for the growth of the travel agency’s franchise model, which currently has locations throughout Western Canada.
“James has demonstrated his understanding of Travel Masters’ objectives and how his involvement can best help us achieve our goals” said Neil McMahon, CEO. “Travel Masters has come to rely on James for his judgement and experience, which will greatly benefit our organization. It is important that we have the right people within our support team to facilitate the predicted growth and expansion of Travel Masters”.
Shearer comes from a travel and tourism background and has held a number of successful positions with start-up companies and large corporations over the past 10 years in Europe and in Canada. His accomplishments include winning the Small Business BC “Business Start-up Award” for best new business strategy in 2008.
